With over 16 years of experience in human resources and organizational strategy, I’ve built and led dynamic people strategies that empower individuals and drive business growth.
After serving as Vice President of Talent and Transformation at OneMagnify, where I led large-scale company-wide change initiatives, and as Senior Vice President of People at Tinuiti, where I shaped a workforce strategy focused on innovation, inclusivity, and engagement, I have now transitioned into HR consulting. In this capacity, I partner with organizations to optimize their People functions, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive transformational HR strategies that align with business goals.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating environments where teams and individuals can thrive. I believe in the transformative power of human capital, and my leadership approach centers on empathy, integrity, and authenticity. I’ve built high-performing teams, launched end-to-end employee development programs, and led culture-shaping initiatives that have driven measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
My experience spans Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and diverse industries such as automotive, marketing, and media.
